3 Facts about myself:  (I know, I know more than three facts but I had to include just a little bit more stuff)

I am very much affected by the weather – I really need the sunshine, the color of flowers and birds singing in my life. I get really down or an rainy day and after the holidays due to lack of color and natures songs.

I love to decorate my home both everyday and seasonal – especially Christmas.  I put up 12 decorated Christmas trees ranging from 2-8 ft tall (would go taller if my house allowed)!  We love to decorate the outside of our house for Halloween as well!  We go all out – one year a gory body chop shop, pirate ship and haunted castle….(I have pics although not very good ones of past Christmas and Halloween in earlier posts).

I love crafting – I have door wreaths for almost every season and so do my girls.  I have made umpteen thousand hair bows for my grand daughter and I love to cook – I am be no means a gourmet chef or plain ole chef but it’s another thing I enjoy.

Just for a giggle – When Robin and I met, I became an official “single” cougar – After marriage, I am an official “married” cougar!

My Favorite Post(s)

It is not required to give a reason why you chose your favorite posts, but I thought it would be nice and felt inclined to give some details….roar!!

I have a few favorite posts but I picked these two because this one was my very first post with picture with a story and head scratching thought after venturing out into the blogging world! Wonderment, Shock, “Have you lost your mind!”…. thinks the husband, just a quick update – Robin has custom built all new lower cabinets, enclosed cabinet around the fridge and a new pantry with a custom made door!!! He is still working long hours and every other weekend but is trying to get our kitchen complete before my birthday.  He thought that would be the perfect gift and you know what?  Finished or not before, on or after my birthday – our new kitchen is the perfect gift!

This is another one of my favorite posts.  Whenever I go back and reread it, I still feel the fear, excitement and anger of possibly loosing my girl as well as the glaring eyes of wondering what’s going on and why is she in her gown?!?  Scarlett is a nut but I love her to pieces!  Long flannel night gown, rubber boots, barn coat and a runaway dog~

2. Look around the room and tell us what is the first living thing you see? Right now, just me – I’m the only one here!

3. What is your favorite type of cloud? Cumulus and Cumulonimbus

4. What is your all-time favorite beverage? Coffee with cream in the a.m., Sweet tea if have any on hand or plain ice water – pretty boring! 

5.What would you rather be doing right this very minute? Spending the day with my husband!
